[Dxbase] Radio Amateur Call Book 2008

Hello All:

I just updated my Radio Amateur Call Book Software and am trying to interface it to Dxbase 2007. 
For some reason I can't get it to work. I have followed the directions in Dxbase 2007 but can't get it to work. My question is what is the "Root Folder" that is referred to in the installation instructions. That may be where I am going wrong.
