[Dxbase] FT-2000 radios.ini file

I am setting up my FT-2000D and would appreciate a copy of the radio.ini
file of someone using that radio successfully with DXbase.  I also have a
SteppIR, and I'm less confident about that with the FT-2000.

Now to sell my PRO3 and PS-125 to offset some of the cost of the new toy!
