[Dxbase] Internal DXbase CW

After changing to a newer computer I haven't been able to make my Internal
DXbase Keyer work. I've done the driver setup, assigned ports etc. but I
see no change on the DTR voltage (stays around 3 VDC) and I suspect the
driver not keying the DTR. The 'HELP' file says " The driver may not work
on modern day serial ports since their design is much different than the 
"old"
days."  Is there a newer driver available or am I just 'outa luck'?  I'm 
running
DXB2007.    Any suggestions?
