[Dxbase] Loss of Rotor Toolbar - DxBase2007

Hi Joe

Thanks very much as usual you fix worked and on re-looking in the Help 
Files saw the relevant article.  Can't believe I missed that the first 
time !!

Yes the failure was almost certainly caused by a non conventional shut 
down which happened a few days ago.
