Tom,
Right-click on the Previous QSO Toolbar window and make sure that the
"Allow Dicking" is in fact checkmarked .. if not - checkmark it and
then pull the window down toward the very bottom of the DXbase program
window -- if the Window does NOT "dock" -- then you will have to
DELETE all of the TOOLBAR entries in your DXb200x.ini file (that
is the the windows directory) -- and when you open back up the
DXbase program -- the DXB200x.ini file will get updated automatically
with the "default" locations of each TOOLBAR..
