[Dxbase] Date in Reports

Joe, I know you are the one who knows.  I want to create a report to list
the QSO between a certain range of dates.  I want to output it as a comma
delimited format.  I have my report that I have changed over the years and
it has worked just fine.  I am thinking about using the DateinRange varable,
but I think this uses Julian Date.  The problem is the Julian date for today
is 2454400.42362.  In I enter that and the Julian date of say Oct 1st I get
an error because the variable is expecting numbers.  Hmmm looks like the
Julian date above is numbers to me.  What am I missing?
