[Dxbase] IC-746 Pro won't talk to computer

I've got a 746 Pro that won't tell my computer what frequency/band/mode I'm
on when I log a QSO.  On the other hand, if I ask the radio to go to a
spotted frequency, it does so.  So the two are talking, they're just not
telling everything they know.

Any suggestions?
