Just one problem, however. It seems as if there are still a few 
Serbian hams using the 4N prefix. 4N8A, 4N7N and 4N7ZZ have all been 
recently spotted, as well as a few one-offs as well (checked using DX 
Summit). These will set off alarms as "unknown entities."
