[Dxbase] E7 vs T9

Greg,

So far - since the entity has not issued the FULL E7 callsigns,
we have simply gone into the ALIAS Map in DXbase and Mapped

E7 to T9


I plan to make an update to the auto-update 2006/2007 exe program,
ONCE the Entity fully starts issuing the E7 callsigns ... only
E7 's that I have seen so far have been  E7 / XXXXXX callsigns
(all portables) ...

If you want to DO the FULL changeover right now - let me know.
