[Dxbase] DXbase2006 uers - trying to update to the 4O Montenegro PFX

DXbase2006 users:

If you are trying to use my DXbase2006 Utility EXE file to
update Montenegro / YU6   to   4O --- a few things to keep in mind:

(1) The EXE file "is" looking for the Country/Entity (DXCC) Prefix
to be  YU6   !!

(2) So, if - starting June 28, 2006, when Montenegro went from YU  to
YU6  as the DXCC PFX,  you did NOT update your DXbase2006 Country
Prefixes database (Primary TAB, Call Map TAB, and Alias Map TAB)
to YU6 for Montenegro -- then the EXE file will not work to change
your Montenegro QSO's (in your logbook itself) to the new  4O  Prefix.

(3) The EXE file is looking for the natural progession - and the
YU6 is the last PFX for Montenegro, starting June 28, 2006.
