[Dxbase] Assistance to fix CQWAZ problem

I entered a QSO  into the log and I got the following error message:



"The record <NN> could not be found in the CQWAZ numeric Statistic Table.
Updates to the table will now be aborted." Where NN equals a number.

 

Would someone tell me the fix.
