[Dxbase] Template QSL card help guide is now posted

I have just posted the help guide/tutorial for making
a QSL card file, using a scanned photo file of your
pre-print QSL card as a Template.

Thanks to all who sent me your email! I hope that the
tutorial might be of help to some of the DXbase users.
