[Dxbase] Off subject

I received a few replies and thank you to those that have answered.

I do know about the changes of prefix. I should have explained myself
better.

I am looking to find a cross reference from an old callsign such as UO4OXD
to his new call, ER#XX(X).

I have a number of old QSO's with no address to send to, to get a card.

This question is a bit off subject but I hope maybe someone can help me.

 

I have been of the air the past 13 years. I am now going through my old
QSO's and seeing what I need for the single band awards. The problem I have
is I have a lot of stuff worked that has changed prefixes. Like UO to ER, UI
to UJ, ETC. Does anyone know of a website or person(s) that may have cross
referenced the old calls to their new ones?
