I am a QSL MGR and I do mulitple stations and so switch callsigns
frequently. If you have more than one callsign in your registration
file this could be what is happening. If you started life with
another callsign and part of your log has an OPRCALL of something
other than AJ9C this could lead to this sort of problem.
In your QSL Label file there is a field called OPRCALL and if the
callsign in the first screen under "Output" menu item you selected
"use designed labels" there is a callsign box and if the callsign in
that box does not match the callsign "OPRCALL" in your labels file
then only those that match are printed. You might want to check this out.
When I do a bureau batch there are frequently more than 2000 cards
being processed and so my QSL Label file could end up with more than
3000 QSOs in the file ready to print and the program just keeps
putting out the cards as long as I keep the printer feed with card stock.
