That the new WinKeyUSB works properly with DXBase2007
I assigned the WinKeyUSB to Port 13 via 'System>Hardware>Port'
I asigned the DXB WinKey Options to the same port.
I did have to lower the 'Lead In' time to 5

Buffers are sent perfectly, and paddles work perfectly (well as perfectly as 
my old and arthritic fingers can send) :-((
