[Dxbase] rigblaster pro

Good Day:

I am trying to get my new rigblaster pro working within DXBase 2007.
I still have radio control on its own com port, but I am unable to get cw
keying
or cw audio out of dxbase.

I installed the drivers but no change

Is it a software or hardware issue?

I would have thought that the rigblaster would be able to help perform this
feature.

Or do I need to have an external keying as per interface shown in help
files?
