This I think is because of the Microsoft Access database structure.  The
previous qso module uses a kind of "hash file" or index file as part of the
Microsoft Jet engine (database engine)  to parse the database into smaller
indexes that provide key information based on smaller fragments of the total
database in this case the call sign field.  Sometimes the indexes get
corrupt or are not fully read into memory which will cause the problem.  A
rule of thumb would be not to panic but just close the module and re-open it
if you have a doubt about the data return integrity...
