[Dxbase] QSLing enhancement for DXB2008.....

There already are some columns you could use right now - one is the
User1 or User2 (Checkmark) -- or -- Special1 or Special2 (Narrative
fill-in) .. and, all of the above are already "in" the selection wizard.
