[Dxbase] DXBase 2007 Upgrade Problems

Bought the upgrade, got the email.  Downloaded the key.  Tried to 
download the program, can't do it.  Get a program that they want me to 
buy called RAR or something similar.  Talked to another DXBase user who 
upgraded from 2006 to 2007 on the phone for about an hour.  He says he 
didn't see any of the stuff I am seeing when he bought his upgrade.  If 
he is confused, than I am lost forever.

I have the instructions in front of me for the upgrade but they 
apparently assume you are very familiar with intricate computer 
operations and software knowledge.

What do I need to do to get the program to download??????
