Use notepad to enter the following lines.
Of course you must change the directories to suit your situations.
You must have the 'Autostart' feature enabled in the Set tab of CCU
and
You must have the 'Connect upon startup' feature enabled in the Internet tab 
of Users options.
This will start CCU, Connect and then wait a few seconds
(the sleep command should work with XP, NT etc. but not with earlier 
versions of windows)

REM Batch file to sequential start CCU and DXB
start "" "C:\ve7cc\ve7cc.exe"
sleep 10
start "" "C:\DXB07\Dxb2007.exe"

exit

save it as Sequential.bat, make a shortcut to it and put it on your desktop.
