[Dxbase] Odd country mapping?

I worked and confirmed J69DS on 20 RTTY. When I look him up in the log He
comes up as J69 St. Lucia in the Summary window and his contact is the only
one indicated. If I change to just J6, then all other worked/confirms show
up but the rtty is not confirmed for St. Lucia. The prefix in the country
column is J6. I have tried to import into a new database and run the
initialize tables utility. Still the same. There is no mapping in the
countries database specific to J69 or J69DS. Everything looks normal. What
am I missing?
