[Dxbase] RTTY spot problem

Hi all,

I'm still experiencing an ongoing problem with un-needed RTTY spots 
showing up as needed, and needed ones showing up as un-needed. For 
example, I've had Angola (D2) confirmed on RTTY since 2004, and 
valid/accepted for DXCC. Should be cut-and-dried, yet I'm still 
seeing cluster spots for D2NX on RTTY coming through as needed.

Conversely, I almost missed the E4 on RTTY because it didn't show up 
as needed and it stayed greyed out, despite the fact I had never 
worked it on RTTY, and E4 has never been confirmed for me, period.

In Band-Plan Mapping I have 14070-14072 set for PSK-31 and 
14072-14099 set for RTTY. All the RTTY spots for both the D2 and E4 
stations mentioned above were in the typical 14083-14088 range, too, 
so that shouldn't be an issue.

Any idea what's happening here?
