[Dxbase] Unauthorized Callsign Problem in DXB2007

I am just starting to migrate to DXB2007 from DXB2005.  I have the 
Registration file from Jack.  I ran the registration file, rebooted the 
computer started DXB2007 with a "Virgin" database, entered my "Personal 
Information" including my callsign (which matches what is on the 
registration file), deleted the AA4 "sample" QSO which left no QSO's in the 
database and entered a QSO.  My callsign is shown in the "Opr Call" field.

When I go to Output | User Designed Labels then select QSL Cards and 1 QSO 
per label and then click on "OK" I get a pop-up that says "Unauthorized 
Callsign."

I've searched through the help files and found nothing to indicate what I'm 
doing wrong.  I've searched through the reflector emails I have saved on my 
computer but found nothing.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?  Thanks.
