[Dxbase] Ver1.1 of the GlobalQSL adif generator EXE file for DXbase is posted

To all DXbase2006/2007 && GlobalQSL users,

I have just posted Version 1.1 of the GlobalQSL ADI file
generator EXE program to my Ham Radio website.. A screen-shot
of the program is at:

The additions I made were the Stats and extra windows
for the "rejects".
