VE7CC program can be interfaced with DXBase and is an excellent combination.
Just use 127.0.0.1 as your telnet host in DXBase.
In VE7CC under configuration/ports/logging program put a check in "enable
telnet"
and a bullet at "use port 7300" and put a check in all the items you want
sent to
DXBase. Then you will have all the filtering that VE7CC provides and the
keep alive
timer will make sure you stay connected to the cluster. I would suggest you
give up
the Dxspider cluster though and try using VE7CC-1 as your cluster or any
other cluster
that is running the CC Cluster software.
I have been running this way for at least a couple of years not and this
combo is GREAT.

Subject: [Dxbase] assistance required
My telnet node VE1DXI has changed software to DXspider. I like using my
DXbase program for my spots but this one doesn't seem to allow for the
inclusion of country prefixes (at least, I haven't found it). Can anyone
point me in the right direction or is it simply not possible? I have it
running on VE7CC properly but hate the idea of having to switch screens all
the time.
