I seem to recall that ZK will be issued for New Zealand.

Right, and understood; this is what I have used in both cases. I'm
just saying, though, since we may not get a new version of DX Base
for a while, might it be false economy to just do the mapping and not
just take the time to make the full change? I'm betting on the alias
route working *for now* and for the foreseeable future, but T9 will
definitely recycle at some point, as will 4N from Serbia, etc. Not
too sure about ZK, though.
