[Dxbase] IARU QSL Bureau(s) webpage is updated --

To all:

The IARU QSL Bureaus webpage has been recently
updated ( July 31, 2007 ).. That webpage is at:

http://www.iaru.org/iaruqsl.html


For those DXbase users who keep up their Database(s)
that deal with the various BUREAUs around the world,
this webpage shows that 8 different Country Bureaus
have in fact " Closed " !! This is since DXbase2007 came
out..

The DXbase Database Tables that we would modify are:

Prefix Databases (Primary TAB) under the column "Bureau"
  -- this would be for the updates to the "Closed" Country Bureaus.

and

Manager Address Database (Address TAB)
  -- this would be for the updates to the mailing address changes.
