[Dxbase] Entering Previous QSOs Not In Log

How do I log an old QSO and have it show up in the proper date order in 
my log?  Running DXB 2006.  Thanks for your patience.

Also, when I am filling out QSL cards (I haven't mastered printing 
labels yet) and I want to see the date in the field for "SENT," is there 
a way to accomplish this without manually typing in the date for each 
record which is the way I do it now?????
