[Dxbase] suggestion for next software upgrade

When the logging software or microham series of products, detects that a 
user has qsy'ed to a cluster spot that indicated a split operation....the 
software should lock out xmitting on the DX stations frequency

and

A big RED warning notice should appear on screen if he tries to overide it.
