[Dxbase] task manager

I am still wondering why dxbase still stays in the task manager listing,
after a close internet and shut down of dxbase....

I can send a pix of it , but my problem lies that several hours later I can
try to call up dxbase (2006) and it does NOT..  if I close it in the task
manager, it will then let me start up


this was asked before, when I was running 2003 and 2001 versions..  never
got an answer, and 2006 still does it.
