[Dxbase] Summary

Is your "QSL Info" window closed?
At least on my computer, if I have the "QSL Info" window closed, the 
"Summary" window won't update when I click on an entry in the log, and won't 
update as DX spots are received, needed or not.
So I just keep the "QSL Info" window open, and hide it behind other windows 
when I don't want to see it.
