[Dxbase] 30 m DXCC submission

I just ran an update for my latest DXCC submission and got a funny result.
It picked a VK2 card on 30 m from 1987 to be included with my latest
submission to the ARRL DXCC desk. I can't believe that only now did I get a
qualifying QSL for a VK on 30 m, as I've worked and received many 30 m VK
QLS over the years since 1987. So how can I:

1. Find out if ARRL has me credited already for a 30 m VK QSL.

2. Check DXBase 2007 to see if it thinks I've ever sent in a VK for 30 m and
which one it was.

3. If DXB2007 doesn't think I've ever submitted a VK 0n 30, how can I check
for what went wrong?
