[Dxbase] WinPSK vs. DxbPSK experiment

If anyone has both on the machine, pse try them separately and see if you can tell a 
difference in the sound.

The sound coming out of my rigs speakers, (that annoying PSK warble) is totally different 
between the two versions.
DxbPSK is harsher, more staccato sounding.
WINPSK is smoother, and the same as most signals on the air.

I have no idea why the difference.
