[Dxbase] importing a DXBase Database

Hi,
  I have just installed DXBase 2007 and want to import my old database from 
an earlier version of DXBase.  All I have is a copy of a previous DB file 
which I backed up a couple of years ago (DXB 2005 I think, haven't used it 
since then).   When I try to import using the DXBase Import Utility it says 
it dosen't have enough parameters.    The utility asks for the path to where 
the old copy of the data base is installed but due to a HD crash I don't 
have one installed any where.  Also I looked a copy of this DB, using MS 
Access,  and all the data seems to be there.  How can I import this old 
DBBase file?
  Any ideas would be greatfully heeded.
