Oh, but 5BDXCC can be Mixed, CW, phone _or_ RTTY. You showed you have
the mixed & CW covered
with the 40CW QSO, but no 40M phone QSO and that is why it was picked
up. It appears you do not
have a Cuban 40 phone contact marked as DXCC Awarded?
