[Dxbase] Adding Manager to QSL info

Tried to add HA3FIN to be the manager of HA503FIN using the QSL Info window.
I get an error of  -  Field 'mgrj-adr.adr1' can't be a zero-length string.
Then I get the question Save a qsl mgr map record for DX station HA503FIN
with manager of HA3FIN?  I answer yes.
Then I get an error  - Database hase reached maximun size.
Has anyone else had this problem.  What must I do to add this manager to my
DXbase List
