[Dxbase] Alternate Band Mapping

Last year for CQWWSSB I created an alternate band mapping to show that SSB
was basically all of 40, 80 and 160 mtrs.  I can't seem to find it now,
although I switched to Alternate Band Map so I assume that wasn't brought
over with the migrate from 2006 to 2007.  Sure wish it was since I have to
recreate it now.

 

Another thing that doesn't get transferred either is the internet command
button settings.  I have to change that every time.  Luckily it is only one
command.  Unluckily I have to look it up every time since it is once a year
that I need it.
