[Dxbase] re: MS Access Password

I'm using Win98 on this machine. Rebooted a few times. Still comes up. After I cancel out of the dialog, a box
pops up which says "Seagate Crystal Reports...Cannot open a database created with a previous version of your application". Wondering if this has something to do with a corrupted ODBC? I have created a new blank db & imported the 2005 .mdb file again with no errors. I'm baffled...
