[Dxbase] Importing CQ Marathon ADIF File

Today I discovered a report on DXbase that prints out the CQ Marathon  
Award results. I have been
logging contacts for that award on another computer and at the end of  
the year I would like to
submit the report. If I choose to use the DXbase Import utility can I  
direct the utility to ignore
duplicate contacts  on input? (There will be some dupes) If so I  
could use the DXbase CQ Marathon Report to print my
totals.
