[Dxbase] Installing DXbase on Second Computer

I downloaded and installed DXbase 2007 to a second computer. I copied  
my .reg file to the second
computer. When I double click the .reg file it does not run: instead  
it opens and I can see the
text of the file.

How do I make the .reg file "run" (like it did on the first computer)
