[Dxbase] Generating Cabrillo format files?

So how do those of you who need to do so generate Cabrillo format log files
for contest submittal?  I recently participated in the CQ WW SSB contest and
have an ADIF file with 111 records in it.  I tried to use LogConv but it
gives me an error message when I select Cabrillo output (and of course CQ WW
contest).

Have any of you had success using LogConv in this manner, or do you use some
other program or a custom report (that you would share) to generate Cabrillo
log files?
