[Dxbase] PINS for DX Atlas

 One user in Norway has a problem getting the Pins to be shown.  He has a
registered version of DXAtlas, and has several tries according to Joe's
instructions.  The Pins-option in DXAtlas is pressed, but he cannot get pins
to be shown on the map.

Anyone else that have seen same problem???
