[Dxbase] IOTA -- RSGB webpage adds 88 Provisional IOTA Ref numbers

It gives you the range of Long & Lat covered by the Island Group. One then
must convert to the average (or geometric mean) and from D/M/S to decimal.
A lot of work that is unnecessary if the databases were equivalent or
maintained by someone in bit/byte heaven !!

If you click on the BLUE IOTA number it will give you the Lat and Lon go 
that IOTA.
