[Dxbase] Some more work still needed on the newest report

To all:

It has come to my attention that I still have
some work to do - to make sure that the newest
report is "correct" -- the DL and DM/Y entities
are going to have to be corrected.

I will try to make the final version with the
needed corrections and also with the STATS.
