[Dxbase] someone please test this 4 me

I just found a strange anomaly on my computer.
I dragged DXB to the secondary monitor on my two monitor system.
But the drop down windows would not open, I tried a bunch of them and they wouldn't drop 
down and give me choices.

I dragged it back to the main monitor where it normally is (and where I always start it) 
and the drop downs operated normally.

So if any of you have dual monitors, pse give it a try and let me know if it's my video 
card or if it's DXB.
