[Dxbase] Rotor Direction for VE3 in W4 Land Problem

Eric,

If you plug-in a STATE for the W4/VE3ABC or the VE3ABC/W4,
you will see the same direction as compared to your
W4ABC ... anytime you plug-in a real STATE, the direction
is calculated from the STATES database -- whereas - if you
do not have a STATE in the STATE column of the logbook, the
coordinates/direction is calculated from the Countries (K-prefix)
database... which of course will be the center of the whole USA.
