[Dxbase] eQSL

Why be so selfish and ignore the rest of the world? :-) Is Dxbase
exclusive to supporting ONLY ARRL awards?
BTW I am a long time ARRL member but to ignore this rapidly growing service
is to keep one head in the sand.
