[Dxbase] Log Window Pop-up Menu Defaults

I'm trying to get the Log Window Pop-up Menu line item for Populate Old QSO 
Data to remain unchecked.  When ever I start up DxBase 2006 that line item 
is checked. I un-check it and it stays un-checked OK for that session but 
when I start DxBase 2006 back up again it defaults to checked. I really want 
it to default to unchecked but I can't figure out how to make that happen 
and I can't find any clue in the Help file for it.

I know DxBase is intended to be able to be configured without directly 
editing the DxB2006.ini file but is that when I need to go for this?  Any 
other ideas?
