[Dxbase] Final version posted to Joe's website - "First QSO w/each Entity....."

To all:

My guessing power is lacking -- LOL!! I was thinking that this
newest report would not go over very well -- WRONG!!  So much
for my instincts - Hi!!

The "final version" (ZIP file) has now been posted to my
Ham Radio website ... in the final version, the "Default" for
the Deleted Entities is -- do NOT show them .. and, I have
also added the color-coded CFMD column with:

Green color = CFM/Both and CFM/Card
Olive color = CFM/LoTW
Blue  color = Not CFM
Red   color - Not Wrkd


The ZIP file can be downloaded from the webpage at:

The top selection is the ZIP file.. BE SURE and reinitialize
stats after entering new QSOs - because this report is using your
DXCCTAB table (your DXCC Stats).
