[Dxbase] Your FIRST valid QSO with each entity - "new" report

To all:

I have made one more report for only DXbase2006.. This
report shows your FIRST "valid" QSO with each Entity. And,
also shown is the CFMD Status of the Entity - not just
the first QSO cfmd status - but the whole entity's status
as of today.

You have the choice of displaying the Deleted Entities or
not displaying them.

Since this report is unique - if you are interested in obtaining
a copy of this report - pse just return this email and I will
send you the ZIP file with the report file and the words to
add to your 2006 Rptdesc.ini file.
